In the morning, there is about 5-10 minutes where the sun hits the building across the street and it bounces off like a mirror and shoots into our house. It creates great shadow opportunities and today fell perfectly in line with Lucy’s wooden cat. I added the tree and she went bonkers trying to figure out how it got there. Magic!
I found sunshine bear at my mom’s house. Despite the similar name I do believe he came well before Care Bears ever did. He was quite a little buddy of mine for a long time. His rainbow suspenders had gotten disconnected and frayed overtime. He has 2 functional pockets that I hid tiny little things in. His face is all smooshed in, his nose now turns sideways. I was really excited to find him but of course Lucy will not like him, so I will just save him for Kiki or Emerson or whoever we might find .
